Restaurant and Bar

The bar is spacious, but cosy, being partially divided by a large brick built fireplace having open fires in the winter months. Ample seating is provided for lunch time diners and leather sofas with low coffee tables add a further degree of comfort for those who would like to relax with a glass of wine or a coffee. A variety of beers and real ales are available as well as a good range of wines. The bar offers a bar billiards table for light entertainment.

There is a separate restaurant which is bright and airy and tastefully furnished with some tables overlooking the gardens. Our menus are changed on a regular basis and all our meals are prepared on the premises using fresh, daily delivered produce. Special requests can be catered for and our chefs are happy to offer dishes to suit diners who have allergies. Wednesdays and Saturdays are “Pie” days, where we offer a choice of seven homemade pies with potatoes and fresh vegetables at £7.45.
